Welcome to Basement Bootcamp- a fitness program born out of my unfinished basement and my desire to make home fitness fun and accessible in the midst of the pandemic. My name is Becca and I am an ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor based in Boston, Massachusetts.
Fitness is about far more than aesthetics- it is about caring for your body and mind from the inside out. It is a form of empowerment, a way of building community, and a critical component of your physical health, mental health, and wellbeing.
​Growing up, I was a competitive swimmer and began racing triathlons and bootcamp training at 15. I competed in triathlons throughout undergrad at the University of St Andrews in Scotland where I was the race director and captain of my team. I also coached youth swimming and triathlon as a certified UKCC Level 1 Triathlon Coach.
I am currently pursuing licensure in massage therapy and earned a professional certification in Thai Massage in Chiang Mai, Thailand. This knowledge informs my understanding of the body and approach to teaching fitness.
You can become stronger at any age and at any size. I am excited to move with you and help integrate fitness into your life in a safe, fun, and productive way.
